JESSICA R. ARMOUR

CIRE was established in 2019 by Jessica Armour, a clinical researcher, educator, and mental health provider in the Chicagoland area. For more than 10 years, Jessica has served as an Adjunct Professor at Benedictine University, where she teaches courses focused on behavioral health, learning, and cognition - especially as they relate to children within an education setting. Jessica's work as a Psychoeducational Consultant has allowed her to partner with a number of public school districts. Together, they work to improve the quality of assessment services, staff training, and behavior consultation on an individual case and systems level. Jessica views her life's work as promoting the well-being of children by advancing equity in learning communities.

Jessica received her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where she also completed advanced coursework within the Ph.D. of Clinical Psychology program. Jessica obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Benedictine University, where she still teaches today.
